Thinking about Purchasing: Go for quality...

  • Make sure that your school buys high quality and hard wearing products - and also make sure that they last as long as possible. A lot of energy is used to make and transport the things you use. By making computers, tables, chairs, etc last longer you will not only reduce the amount of stuff produced, but also create less waste.
  • Consider buying ‘green’ products. If you need to buy something try to make the best environmental choice. For example, buy recycled paper and look for energy efficient electrical goods.
