State or Private?
In a recent survey, more than half the adults who were questioned said they would send their children to a private school if they had the choice. However, 2/3 of them weren't parents. What do you think?

the classes are smaller so you can learn more and my school is like a family so its nice to go to

I disagree with your comments about private school kids . I left state school for private and i think that not all private school kids are like that .There are good and bad in all schools. Its the individual person and whats inside that counts. I still have great friends from state school and I see no difference between us. I think its not so much the school its the parents that give children a big head. No matter where you study if you use your intelligence and work hard you will succeed and get a good job.I do agree with the fact that private schools have a choice on who they take in but please don't you think if you have good students and teachers especially head teacher the school results will improve. state school is reality, from personal experance private school people are really intelgent (and i'm sure will get job when they are older) but they can sometimes be really unsociable and un friendley

in state school it is a more relaxing, it is not as strict(so I have heard)there is also alot of nice people in state school as alot more people attend state school and it saves parents an awful lot of money and in my eyes its not as if you are gaurnteed the grades by paying for them.

A couple of weeks ago i went to a party .Most of the girls were girls who went to a private school apart from about 8 of us but the private kids were really rude and just completely ignored us like we were nothing compared to them .I would hate for my children to be like that ,because when they get jobs and go to uni if they act horrible to people then no one will like them or respect them.

I disagree with the concept of private education. I think every child deserves a high quality education and that teachers in state schools are, in the main driven by the children, not pound signs.
